How to Meditate

There are different techniques, it's a practice which you can do everywhere, in you bed, in a chair or in the floor, but for a beginner it's recommended to start sitting in the floor with you legs crossed, some say it's better with one feet over the other but you can also crossed them, you also need a straight posture in the back, your eyes can be open or close, it's your choice but with close eyes you can start, also you need to have you face straight, your hands can be over your legs.

Respiration:

It's very important to breath through your nose, your nostrils, focus on that.

The time:

You can start with 5 minutes.

Distracting thoughts:

Don't pay attention to them, you only need to focus on your respiration.
